How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This study investigates the physicochemical properties and sorption characteristics of composite sorbents based on 5A zeolite, modified with magnesium oxide (MgO) and sodium oxide (Na2O), in the process of carbon dioxide (CO2) adsorption. The sorbents were synthesized via a capillary impregnation method with varying active component contents (5, 10, and 15 wt.%). The findings revealed that the highest sorption capacity was achieved with 10 wt.% MgO (27.3%) and 10 wt.% Na2O (23.4%) at an adsorption temperature of 500 °C. X-ray phase analysis (XRD) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) confirmed the formation of carbonate phases (MgCO3 and Na2CO3) after CO2 sorption, along with changes in the structural properties of the sorbents. The cyclic stability study demonstrated a decrease in sorption capacity after 10 cycles: from 27.3% to 26.0% for 10 wt.% MgO/5A, and from 23.4% to 17.8% for 10 wt.% Na2O/5A.
