How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Abstract. In the context of digitalizing the educational process, universities face new challenges regarding ensuring cybersecurity, which has become an integral part of their social responsibility. The increase in data volume and growing dependence on digital technologies make educational institutions particularly vulnerable to cyber threats such as phishing, ransomware, and human-based attacks. The study used a mixed method of analysis, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative analysis was carried out using thematic analysis methods, which allowed us to identify key topics and trends related to cybersecurity and social responsibility. The quantitative analysis was based on the results of the questionnaire, which made it possible to statistically process the data and draw conclusions based on numerical indicators. The study revealed that the level of digital literacy, especially in terms of information literacy, is a critical factor affecting the cybersecurity of universities. Insufficient knowledge and awareness of modern cyber threats create additional risks that can lead to data leakage and financial losses. The article discusses possible measures to improve the level of cybersecurity in universities through the integration of relevant practices into social responsibility policies. Particular attention is paid to the importance of raising awareness and digital literacy among staff and students to reduce human risks and ensure the resilience of educational institutions in the digital age.
