How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article assessed the technical and economic efficiency of using physical impact on the productive formation in one of the fields in Western Kazakhstan. World experience in using this technology in fields testifies to its high technological efficiency. To optimize oil production, changes in oil viscosity, increase in oil production, and decrease in water content were analyzed. All Cretaceous horizons are characterized by good reservoir properties. However, the high viscosity of oil and insufficient cementation of the rocks forming the horizons limit the complete extraction of the product. The determination of phase permeabilities in the oil-water system was carried out in laboratory conditions during stationary filtration. As a result of the use of physical impact, the viscosity of oil decreased by almost half, from 700 cP to 480 cP, which helps to increase oil production and reduce the water content in the produced products.
