How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

It is shown that solving the problem of the essence of intelligence (including human intelligence) is key for the further development of artificial intelligence systems. Based on the consideration of human intelligence as a complexly structured information processing system, it is shown that the criteria for distinguishing "machine" intelligence from "true" intelligence, dating back to the Turing test, should be considered untenable. It is shown that the use of such a criterion of manifestations of intelligence as the ability to lie is more adequate. It is emphasized that this ability does not necessarily carry a negative connotation, since it is inextricably linked with the ability to manifest fantasy, and, consequently, to creativity. It is shown that the first step towards ensuring this criterion is the creation of artificial intelligence systems operating with multiple-valued logics of various types. The possibilities of using logical variables represented by complex quantities, i.e. using a logical imaginary unit, are discussed. It is shown that the use of complex-valued logics allows us to move to a new type of logics, the construction of which correlates with ancient Eastern philosophical systems. It is shown that the apparatus of multivalued logics in many important cases allows for reduction to algebraic systems. An analogue of the Zhegalkin polynomial for multivalued logics corresponding to non-binary Galois fields is proposed, which allows reducing any logical operations to algebraic ones.
