How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The authors of the article used the ELISA method for early diagnosis of pregnancy in cows, along with rectal diagnosis, by determining the PAG content in cow blood serum samples. The average PAG concentration in blood serum in cows with a gestational age of 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 months was 1.590, 1.894, 1.416, 2.213, 1.784, 1.601 optical units , respectively. Although, theoretically, an increase in the concentration of PAG in the blood serum of cows was expected with increasing pregnancy. In two cases, a discrepancy between the results of the rectal examination and the results of the ELISA study was registered, which amounts to 3.5%.
