Abstract
Для современной нефтяной отрасли вопросы энергоэффективности и энергосбережения считаются приоритетными. Данная тема становится наиболее актуальной в рамках целей устойчивого развития, направленных, в том числе и на снижение загрязнения воздуха продуктами сгорания углеродосодержащего топлива. В статье рассматривается эффективность проектов энергосбережения в нефтедобывающих компаниях Казахстана с точки зрения экономической составляющей. Для повышения энергоэффективности компаниям необходимо создать условия, включающие развитую среду, наличие финансовых ресурсов, открытость и сотрудничество заинтересованных сторон. Исходя из этого рассмотрен мировой опыт повышения энергоэффективности и энергосбережения с позиции формирования развитой среды для внедрения соответствующих технологий. А так же на примере казахстанской нефтедобывающей компании сделан анализ эффекта от энергосберегающих инвестиционных проектов по видам энергии. Проведен анализ экономической эффективности проектов энергосбережения АО НК «КазМунайГаз» на основе экономических показателей. В результате анализа установлено, что эффект энергосбережения может не сохраниться в долгосрочной перспективе, несмотря на то, что на предприятии предпринимаются определенные меры по получению энергосберегающего эффекта. Таким образом, подтверждена целесообразность внедрения энергоэффективных технологий в нефтегазовую сферу и необходимость инвестирования в технические и технологические проекты, позволяющие снизить энергопотребление на предприятии. For the modern oil industry, energy efficiency and energy conservation issues are considered a priority. This topic is becoming the most relevant within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals, aimed, among other things, at reducing air pollution by combustion products of carbon-containing fuels. The article examines the effectiveness of energy saving projects in oil producing companies in Kazakhstan from the point of view of the economic component. To improve energy efficiency, companies need to create conditions that include a developed environment, the availability of financial resources, openness and cooperation of stakeholders. Based on this, the world experience of improving energy efficiency and energy saving is considered from the point of view of forming a developed environment for the introduction of appropriate technologies. And also, using the example of a Kazakh oil producing company, an analysis of the effect of energy-saving investment projects by type of energy is made. The analysis of the economic efficiency of energy saving projects of JSC NC "KazMunaiGas" on the basis of economic indicators is carried out. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the effect of energy saving may not persist in the long term, despite the fact that certain measures are being taken at the enterprise to obtain an energy-saving effect. Thus, the expediency of introducing energy-efficient technologies in the oil and gas sector and the need to invest in technical and technological projects that reduce energy consumption at the enterprise has been confirmed.
