Abstract
Важным аспектом развития образования сегодня является расширение международного сотрудничества высших учебных заведений, что способствует повышению уровня деятельности вузов, обмену опытом и развитию совместных образовательных программ для студентов. В статье изучены процессы международного сотрудничества между высшими учебными заведениями РК, проанализирована роль управления в эффективном развитии международного сотрудничества в образовании, а также выявленаважность процессов управления международным сотрудничеством для расширения границ возможностей вузов. Теоретическо-методологическую основу исследования составили ключевые положения, изложенные в научных публикациях авторов по различным аспектам международного сотрудничества между вузами. Для исследования теоретических и практических аспектов управления процессами международного сотрудничества между высшими учебными заведениями и определения текущих тенденций и будущих перспектив развития таких отношений были применены методыанализа, наблюдения и описания работ как казахстанских, так и зарубежных авторов. Проанализирована ценность проведенного исследования, проявляющаяся в выявлении ключевых аспектов управления процессами международного сотрудничества вузов и обосновании необходимости развития отношений с зарубежными партнерами с целью расширения возможностей университетов. В ходе исследования установлено, что международное сотрудничество является неотъемлемой частью деятельности любого высшего образовательного учреждения. Результаты статьи представляют собой расширенную информацию и аналитический обзор, которые могут быть использованы для принятия решений и разработки политики в области международного сотрудничества в образовании. Они также способствуют повышению осведомленности и понимания о важности и преимуществах международного сотрудничества. An important aspect of education development today is the expansion of international cooperation of higher education institutions, which contributes to the improvement of the level of activity of higher education institutions, exchange of experience and development of joint educational programs for students. The article studies the processes of international cooperation between higher education institutions of Kazakhstan, analyzes the role of management in the effective development of international cooperation in education, and reveals the importance of international cooperation management processes for expanding the boundaries of higher education institutions. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was formed by the key provisions stated in scientific publications of the authors on various aspects of international cooperation between higher education institutions. To study the theoretical and practical aspects of managing the processes of international cooperation between higher education institutions and to determine the current trends and future prospects for the development of such relations, the methods of analysis, observation, description of works of both Kazakhstani and foreign authors were applied. The value of the conducted research is analyzed, manifested in the identification of key aspects of management of international cooperation processes of higher education institutions and justification of the need to develop relations with foreign partners in order to expand the capabilities of universities. The study establishes that international cooperation is an integral part of the activity of any higher educational institution. The results of the article provide enhanced information and analytical review that can be used for decision-making and policy development in the field of international cooperation in education. They also contribute to increasing awareness and understanding of the importance and benefits of international cooperation.
