How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article addresses issues of human resource management in Kazakhstan's secondary education system, as well as the impact of salary levels on the recruitment and retention of young specialists. Data on teacher demand and the number of young specialists arriving in regional schools for the period from 2019 to 2024 were analyzed. The focus is on comparing regional imbalances, identifying the most problematic areas, and studying trends in changes in teachers' average monthly salaries. The article applied methods of statistical analysis and comparative study of regional indicators. The results of the study showed that despite the overall improvement in staffing and salary increases, significant regional disparities remain. In some regions, there is an excess of specialists, while in others, the shortage of staff persists. Recommendations have been proposed to optimize personnel policies aimed at addressing teacher shortages in the most vulnerable regions. The results of the study can be used to develop measures to improve teacher distribution across regions and enhance their motivation to work in remote and rural areas. The paper also suggests directions for further research on factors influencing the recruitment of young specialists in regions facing staff shortages.
