How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This paper presents a comparative study of the behavior of $\mathrm{Cr}_{3} \mathrm{C}_{2}-\mathrm{NiCr}$ coatings, applied via the detonation spraying method (d-gun), and ferritic-pearlitic steel 12Kh1MF (DIN 14MoV63) under corrosive, erosive, and hightemperature conditions. The coatings were applied at varying flow rates of oxygen and propane gases and at different application distances. The experiments assessed the hightemperature oxidation and corrosion resistance of samples with uniform and gradient $\mathrm{Cr}_{3} \mathrm{C}_{2} \mathbf{- N i C r}$ coatings, as well as uncoated 12 Kh 1 MF steel. The paper describes an apparatus for studying particle erosion at elevated temperatures, designed to allow testing under various conditions, including different erosive substances, their size distributions, and variations in temperature and surface attack angles. This setup can achieve sample temperatures up to $650^{\circ} \mathrm{C}$ and particle velocities of $25 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}$. The experimental results indicated that porosity significantly impacts resistance to corrosion and erosive wear. A qualitative analysis of the combined effects of corrosion and erosion provides valuable insights for the design of components. ()
