How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In the present work, the results of investigation of the influence of pulse plasma treatment on the structure, phase composition, hardness, roughness and wear resistance of $\mathrm{Fe}-\mathrm{TiB} 2-\mathrm{CrB} 2$-based coatings are presented. The Fe-TiB2CrB2 coating was obtained by detonation sputtering. Subsequent pulse plasma treatment was applied to change the structure and improve the properties of the surface layers of the sprayed coating. Mechanical tests showed that the hardness of $\mathrm{Fe}-\mathrm{TiB} 2-\mathrm{CrB} 2$ coating increases significantly after such treatment. Tribological tests demonstrated that after pulse plasma treatment the coating has increased wear resistance. According to the results of X-ray structural analysis, this is due to the increased content of $(\mathrm{Ti}, \mathrm{Cr}) \mathrm{B} 2$ phases, which are known for their high wear resistance. In the subsurface layer of the coating after pulsed plasma treatment, a significant reduction in the number of pores to minimum levels is observed due to melting
