How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The research is devoted to the problem of gender inequality in the sphere of science in the conditions of sustainable development. The purpose of the article is to analyse measures to support women scientists in the digital space of Kazakhstan. The study used the methods of illustrative and content analysis. The results of illustrative analysis show that there is gender equality in science, but there is inequality in engineering and technological sciences. The results of content analysis show that since 2017, the issue of supporting women scientists with different activities is rarely raised, but specific financial, material and moral support is not observed. Therefore, an optimal model of financial support for women scientists to improve the social life and quality of development and research was developed. The theoretical significance of this article is to close the gap in the scientific problem of gender inequality. Practical significance can be reflected in programs, strategies and projects of public and private institutions. Keywords: gender, science, women scientists, inequality, financial support.
