How this score is calculated

Abstract

COVID-19 - тяжелая острая респираторная инфекция, вызываемая новым вирусом SARS-CoV-2, летальность при которой может быть обусловлена как основным заболеванием, так и тяжелыми коморбидными заболеваниями. В статье представлен анализ клинического случая инсульта у больного COVID-19, приведший к летальному исходу. Проведен ретроспективный анализ истории болезни. Показано, что вирус COVID-19 может оказывать неблагоприятное воздействие на течение тяжелых коморбидных заболеваний у пациента и обуславливать неблагоприятный летальный исход. COVID-19 is severe acute respiratory infection caused by the new SARS-CoV-2 virus, mortality in which can be caused by both the underlying disease and severe comorbid diseases. The article presents analysis of the clinical case of stroke in patient Covid-19, which led to death. Retrospective analysis of the medical history is carried out. It was shown that the COVID-19 virus can have adverse effect on the course of severe comorbid diseases in patient and cause unfavorable lethal outcome. COVID-19 - бұл SARS-CoV-2 жаңа вирусынан туындаған ауыр жедел респираторлы инфекция, оның өлімі негізгі аурудан да, қосымша аурудан да туындауы мүмкін. Мақалада COVID-19 науқасында дамыған және өлімге әкелген инсульттың клиникалық жағдайына талдау берілген. Сырқатнамаға ретроспективті талдау жасалды. COVID-19 вирусын жұқтырған науқаста ауыр коморбидті аурулардың ағымына кері әсерін тигізетіні және өлімге әкелеті көрсетілді.
