How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article shows the progressive movement of Russian, Kazakh and foreign historiography in the study of the topic of the mobilization policy of the USSR in 1941-1945. It is noted that the topic was studied mainly on the example of individual regions or republics. Special attention is paid to scientific publications of Russian and Kazakh scientists of the last twenty years. The conceptual theoretical approaches to the history of the Soviet rear, set out in monographs by European and American researchers, are considered. The authors identify the actual problems of studying the policy of labor mobilization in extreme wartime conditions, and identify controversial issues. The conclusion is made about the need for further work with archival documents to study and rethink the following aspects of the problem of labor mobilization: the mechanism of labor mobilization and its practical implementation in the Kazakh SSR, the organization of labor use of mobilized people, measures to increase labor motivation of labor-mobilized people, assessment of the consequences of labor mobilization for the economy of the Kazakh SSR and Central Asian republics.
