The article analyzes the study of the activities of the Alash intelligentsia, formed in the early twentieth century and formed the basis of human capital of Kazakhstan.The study of the history of the «Alash» movement, the «Alash» party and the «Alash» government is characterized by a comprehensive and profound scientific approach.
