When forming the personality of the future specialist, it is necessary to take into account the creation of conditions for the development and professional maturity of the individual based on national and universal values, in the context of media education, it is necessary to consider more widely new paradigmatic approaches and methods for improving the gnostic skills of the future specialist. In particular, special attention should be paid to the implementation of new goals of media education that reach a certain level of development of the individual and society as a whole.Therefore, to justify the need to use gnostic skills in the potential of media education in the professional activity of the future social pedagogue.
