The article studies the concepts of cloud technologies, cloud storage systems, the advantages and disadvantages of which are determined by conducting a survey, a question and answer session between the faculty and students of the university. In addition, the effectiveness of the implementation of cloud technologies in the educational process of the university will be determined. The use of cloud technologies in higher educational institutions helps to reduce the problems of increasing the efficiency of the educational process.
