Kazakhstan's journals, universities and research organisations: open metrics, including KZ-SJR, which weights domestic citations.
Current ranking
The ranking covers Kazakhstani scientific publications, from exact sciences to the humanities. Ranked by KZ-SJR, the regional index of influence, with a confidence score on every record.
Data will appear after the first ranking recompute.

One method, from a single article to the map of all science.
Three principles behind every rank, open and reproducible.
Every record keeps its provenance and collection date. Nothing is taken on trust.
A PageRank-like algorithm with a local-impact coefficient for Kazakh citations.
How KZ-SJR is computedA score on every record. It affects metric computation and is shown in the interface next to the value.
How confidence is computedWe retrieve publications, citations, and identifiers from approved sources.
We connect DOI, ISSN, and ORCID records, remove duplicates, and preserve provenance.
We check completeness and consistency. Every record receives a data confidence score from 0 to 100.
We calculate indicators and publish the ranking with an open methodology.
Every journal is described by three independent characteristics. This is an analytical layer: it is not part of the official ranking, but it shows where a journal stands now and where it is heading.
The OpenAlex classifier: four domains and 26 fields. Within a field, metrics are normalized by subfield, so mathematics is not lined up against medicine.
Ranking data will appear after the first recompute.
