In this study, we explore communication via low earth orbit (LEO) satellites utilizing relaying in millimeter-Wave bands characterized by Nakagami-m fading channels. Thus, terrestrial source transmits packets to the terrestrial destination via LEO satellite constellation. To achieve this, we propose and analyze two distinct architectures: one utilizing cache-assisted LEO satellite relaying and the other utilizing cache-free LEO satellite relaying. The selection of the optimal LEO satellite is performed via an opportunistic selection scheme, which is based on the minimum distance between the satellite and the ground stations. The suggested models are assessed based on end-to-end delay-outage probability, with analytical expressions derived for both scenarios. Simulation outcomes are additionally showcased to illustrate the system's reliance on different parameters. In summary, the delay-outage probability is compared between the two cases, and the most effective one is chosen.
