The authors considered the definition of a turbulent environment, the need and problems of super-flexible management of organizations in the conditions of a turbulent environment. Differences between turbulent medium and elasticity, superelasticity have been considered by various scientists. The essence of super-flexible companies is to quickly change the direction of development in a short period of time, quickly adapt to different situations and make the right decisions in complex situations. This article analyzes the concept of "super-flexible" companies studied by H. Bahrami and S. Evans. Taking into account the development of the changes taking place in the world, the impact of changes on the business of Kazakhstan, according to the authors' conclusion, super-flexible companies in a turbulent environment can respond quicklyand effectively.
