BIM is a comprehensive program that uses a common three-dimensional base for the model and tools, replenished and improved during the design process. BIM based on a parametric building model that combines 3D model and external data. Due to the interdependence of all elements, the model is correctly updated and allows you to automatically generate updated project documentation.
