The article examines the components of the non-verbal communication model of the Kazakh people. The author has established a non-verbal model of the Kazakh language, the main feature of which is the presence of a lacunated component containing etiquette norms of behavior, taboo gestures, as well as gestures-realities that take place only in the Kazakh language culture. Based on the analysis of the non-verbal means of the Russian and Kazakh languages included in the dictionaries of non-verbal means, it was revealed that there is no "international" sign language, the non-verbal language is always national as verbal speech.
