Аннотация
This paper aims to analyze the digital transformation of Kazakhstan, based on the available literature enriched with empirical findings. Digital transformation is an important aspect for all types of industries, especially nowadays, during the pandemic. Lockdowns, disruptions in the supply chain, safety issues created difficulties for all enterprises and even more aggravated and revealed all hidden problems. Therefore, an investigation of the real situation of enterprises, as well as an overview of the general situation of Kazakhstan regarding digital transformation is required. To fill this gap, this study was conducted, using PEST analysis, to make an overview of the Kazakhstan enterprises in the context of digital transformation, including empirical findings from the different experts in the industry.
