The article emphasizes the importance of the course "Writing Literacy and Speech Techniques", which was introduced at the suggestion of school teachers at a time when the issues of dual education and school relations in higher education are on the agenda. The accuracy of meaning is also related to the accuracy of thought. In order to make it systematic, understandable and clear, it is not enough to separate the meanings of individual words, it is necessary to pay attention to finding and combining them. Because a sentence is a syntactic unit used to convey information, to express an opinion, to communicate. In a sentence, the meaning of the words should be clear and appropriate, directly related to the meaning, the regularity of the connection with each other and the order of the members of the sentence should be strictly observed. Just as it is necessary to write a word without mistakes, it is necessary to say it in a pleasant, melodic and expressive way. It is necessary to pay attention to the rules of orthoepy, such as breaking the edges of sounds, using one of the two adjacent vowels, maintaining the harmony of the lips. During the speech, it is necessary to make sure that the words are intertwined, forming a rhythmic group and pronounced in the same rhythm.
