miRAFinder and GeneAFinder scripts: large-scale searching for miRNA and related information in indexed literature abstracts

Как считается эта оценка

Складывается из проверяемых признаков самой записи: есть ли у статьи DOI, сколько независимых источников подтвердили её данные, заполнены ли обязательные поля и насколько свежо последнее подтверждение. Снижают оценку расхождения между источниками и отсутствие идентификатора. Значение от 80 означает, что запись опубликована без дополнительной проверки; от 60 до 79 — что она опубликована с пониженной достоверностью и ручная проверка желательна. Запись, выверенную редактором вручную, пересчёт не опускает ниже 90. Это оценка наших данных о статье, а не оценка самой статьи.

Аннотация

UNLABELLED: In recent times, information on miRNAs and their binding sites is gaining momentum. Therefore, there is interest in the development of tools extracting miRNA related information from known literature. Hence, we describe GeneAFinder and miRAFinder scripts (open source) developed using python programming for the semi-automatic extraction and arrangement of updated information on miRNAs, genes and additional data from published article abstracts in PubMed. The scripts are suitable for custom modification as per requirement.
