The relevance of considering and socio-philosophical analysis and reflection of technology as a phenomenon of social reality is of particular importance in the modern world in the context of a global pandemic, which brought the digitalization of post-industrial society to a whole new level. Attention is drawn to the fact that technogenic risks increase in the post - industrial phase of social development.
