But to get to the jobs for people without higher education, a high intellectual level of development and professional competence, it is almost impossible. Intelligence and professionalism - these are the main trump cards, to protect against unemployment. Economic modernization of Kazakhstan aimed at sustainable development of the market economy and the management of its growth.
