This chapter examines the relationship between Circular Economy (CE) practices and Ethical Compliance (EC) within the EGD policy framework to reduce waste, promote resource efficiency, and foster sustainable economic growth. A critical assessment of EU documents and literature highlights the need to integrate ethical compliance, legal values, and sustainability to ensure an inclusive green transition. The analysis reveals key challenges, including labor rights, social justice, fair resource allocation, and access to technology in adopting the policy framework. It further emphasizes the importance of developing countries aligning national programs with the framework's vision, leveraging available funding, and fostering multi-stakeholder cooperation. Moreover, the long-term success of the EGD requires a comprehensive strategy that incorporates investment in green technologies, regulatory simplification, and infrastructure improvement across the energy, agriculture, industry, and construction sectors. Overall, the EU Green Deal offers a robust framework for policy development, serving governments, academics, and researchers engaged in sustainable development.
