The problem of bullying among adolescents in secondary school highlights the necessity for the development of programs that support the personal and their social life. Research on school bullying has both theoretical and practical significance. This applied research focuses on a detailed study of the social structure of adolescent groups, where bullying manifests as a complex socio-psychological phenomenon. The "Bullying Structure" methodology (Norkina, E. G.) was used for diagnostics, allowing for the identification of students' roles and positions within the conflict, as well as the determination of at-risk groups. . Based on the data obtained, a training program was developed and tested aimed at preventing and reducing the level of bullying. The program includes such key areas of work as managing emotions, overcoming anxiety states, correction of aggressive behavior, developing self -esteem and self -acceptance skills, as well as the formation of positive interpersonal interactions. Particular attention was paid to working with parents and teachers who play a key role in preventing and resolving conflict situations. Parents are provided with information about the causes and consequences of bullying, as well as practical recommendations for children's support. Teachers, in turn, are trained in methods for identifying and preventing bullying, as well as effective strategies for interaction with students. An empirical study revealed a decrease in the level of aggression and conflict among adolescents, an improvement in the psychological climate in the team, as well as strengthening the unity of students. The discovered patterns demonstrate practical significance and can be recommended for use in educational institutions with the necessary modification based on the specific features of the target group to form a favorable social environment and harmonize relations in adolescence.
