The research examines the formation of the tourism and hospitality labor market in the Kamchatka Territory based on innovative educational networks. The research subject is the current state of the labor market and the educational infrastructure of the Kamchatka Territory in the tourism and hospitality sector. The research develops a comprehensive model for workforce training. The authors employ comparative and analytical methods. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of international practices in integrating universities and employers, the development of joint educational programs, and continuing professional education initiatives. As a result, the authors proposed a model to establish a regional educational network, incorporating elements of distance learning, internships, and specialized master classes. The findings confirm the effectiveness of the proposed model, highlight its potential for adaptation in other regions of Russia, and demonstrate the significant contribution of the educational component to the successful development of Kamchatka's tourism industry.
