The relevance of this study is determined by the need to develop agroecotourism as an interdisciplinary field that integrates agricultural production, recreation, environmental education, and the architectural and planning organization of rural territories. Existing studies usually consider agritourism through the range of services provided, forms of visitor participation, or economic development mechanisms, while the territorial and functional structure of agroecotourism complexes remains insufficiently systematized. The purpose of this article is to develop and theoretically substantiate a typological model for the territorial and functional organization of agroecotourism complexes suitable for scientific analysis and pre-design application. The study is based on literature analysis, structural and functional analysis, typological modelling, and matrix comparison of classification criteria. As a result, three groups of territorial-functional models according to the degree of connection with a basic agricultural enterprise, three types of production orientation, five models of spatial arrangement of functional complexes, and three variants of internal spatial structure were identified. Their combination forms 135 possible organizational variants. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of using the proposed typology for pre-design analysis, functional zoning, preparation of design briefs, and selection of phased development scenarios for agroecotourism complexes.
