This paper presents an analysis of the liquefaction properties of dispersed soils based on engineering geological data. Engineering geological investigations, including drilling, field observations, and laboratory testing, were carried out to determine the physical and mechanical properties of soils in the study area. The geological structure, hydrogeological conditions, groundwater level, and deformation characteristics of the soils were analyzed to evaluate their susceptibility to liquefaction under dynamic loading. Special attention was paid to changes in the elastic modulus of soils under natural moisture and water-saturated conditions. The obtained results indicate that shallow groundwater significantly decreases soil stiffness and increases the liquefaction potential, particularly in loose sandy loam and loess-like soils. The findings provide a scientific basis for assessing foundation soils, improving engineering geological investigations, and enhancing the seismic safety of buildings and engineering structures.
