The complete development of the subsoil and the preservation of a high-quality natural environment are two basic requirements that have become the foundation for the future development of mining production, on which modern buildings are built not only for mining sciences, but also for the very material basis of the well-being of civilization. These two factors of humanity's vitality have become such relatively recently. The development of the subsurface in the regime of confidence in the constant availability of the raw material base was the result of an erroneous assessment of its state as inexhaustible. Environmental protection issues were also not considered in the category of primary importance, therefore, the awareness of the need to develop the subsoil with technologies of a reproducing and conservation format, controlled by man-made systems for the conservation and self-restoration of the mining area, marked the beginning of a new stage in the development of mining sciences. The second direction of the implementation of the principle of "creative development of the subsoil", which determined the cumulative controlled solution of the tasks of the set goal of creating a new raw material base inexhaustible in historical time, is based on the positive interaction of two sources of metal formation.
