Аннотация
The article discusses the theoretical and practical foundations of the process of preparing future social educators for volunteer work based on service-learning technology. The essence of the approach to learning activities is for students to achieve professional and personal development through participation in social projects during the learning process. The study analyzes the current state of social educators' participation in volunteer activities, and identifies the advantages and limitations of service-learning technology. The authors point to the effectiveness of this technology in increasing students' civic responsibility, empathy, and professional competence. Based on domestic and foreign scientific and pedagogical sources, the conceptual foundations of service-training technology, pedagogical prerequisites and principles of its integration into the educational process have been identified. The final results of the study provide a theoretical basis for determining the methodological scope of training future social educators for volunteer work, the organization of pedagogical mechanisms that positively influence the process of their professional development.
