This study presents the validation of a method for determining capillary pressure, wettability, and relative permeability of core samples using the centrifugation technique. The main objective of the research was to assess the accuracy, repeatability, and robustness of the method under different temperatures and physical properties of the samples. Experiments were conducted on two core samples with different porosity and permeability, saturated with an aqueous salt solution (250 g/L KCl). For each sample, repeated measurements were performed at room temperature (22 °C) and elevated temperature (70 °C). The digital data acquisition system, consisting of a camera and stroboscopic device, was calibrated using distilled water of known volume, and the calibration data confirmed the stability of measurements over time. The experimental results demonstrated the high accuracy of the method: repeated tests of the same sample under identical conditions matched on average with an accuracy of 97-98%. It was also established that capillary pressure values depend on the testing temperature. The obtained data confirm the suitability of the centrifugation method for laboratory petrophysical studies and its compliance with the established standard. The method can be recommended for reliable and reproducible determination of key core properties and can serve as a basis for the development of a unified laboratory methodology.
