A comparative analysis of seven spatial interpolation methods used in the construction of digital surface models (DSM) in the tasks of geodetic monitoring of technogenic deformations was carried out. The study is based on data from observations of the subsidence of the earth's surface at the worked-out section of the Zhezkazgan deposit in 2015 and 2020. The data was processed using the Golden Software Surfer software environment, which implements a wide range of interpolation algorithms (IDW, Shepard, Triangulation, Natural Neighbor, Minimum Curvature, RBF, Kriging). The effectiveness of the methods was evaluated based on the criteria of accuracy, stability, and visual smoothness. The results showed that the kriging method provides the best modeling quality due to its ability to account for spatial correlation and estimate the predictive error. A comprehensive analysis methodology was proposed to help select the optimal interpolation algorithm for engineering and geodetic applications and monitoring systems.
