In the context of accelerating digitalization, public administration of the social sphere is acquiring new characteristics related to increased targeting, transparency and efficiency of the services provided. The purpose of this article is to analyze the impact of digital solutions on the implementation of the social policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and identify the key results, challenges and prospects of digital transformation in this area. The study examines the main government digital platforms, including the social services portal, social insurance information systems, proactive payment assignment systems, as well as digital tools for monitoring and evaluating socio-economic indicators. The analysis shows that digitalization helps to reduce administrative barriers, increase the availability of social support, optimize budget expenditures and improve the quality of government interaction with socially vulnerable groups of the population. At the same time, a number of problems have been identified related to digital inequality, insufficient data integration, limited digital literacy of certain categories of citizens, and the need for further improvement of the regulatory framework. In conclusion, recommendations are made to enhance the effectiveness of digital solutions in the social policy system, aimed at expanding coverage, improving the quality of services, and developing proactive and customer-oriented approaches.
