The article pays special attention to the methods of termination in architecture. The authors emphasize that using the semantic method, terms are created by changing the meaning of words that previously existed in the language, giving it a new meaning. The semantic method of terminjasam involves expansion and contraction of meaning. The article shows that such terms appear as a result of semantic transitions. These shifts create a mismatch between old and new meanings and name new concepts. The modern educational process requires the use of new methods and new ideas. Among the methods, learning through constructive thinking is one of the main methods. It can be said that the main direction of constructive education is the development of thinking, independent learning, the ability to apply the acquired knowledge in life when performing creative work, think critically, evaluate others, listening and studying. The authors highlight words from another language as another productive way to replenish the terminology of the «Architecture» subject area. The most common languages from which architectural terms originated are Latin, French, German, and Italian. Active borrowing from the Turkic languages is noted in the architectural Russian terminology of Kazakhstan. The importance of this method of terminjasama is related to the globalization and integration of internal processes in the architecture itself
