The amino acid content in muscle tissue of broiler chickens fed with the mineral feed additive opoka in their main diet was studied in comparison with meat of broilers not fed with the additive. The amino acid score of breast muscle protein of Ross-308 broilers was determined. It was established that the use of the mineral feed additive "opoka" increases the physiological activity of chickens and the live weight gain. The object was broiler crosses divided into three groups: control (without additive), 1st experimental (with the inclusion of opoka in a dose of 2%) and 2nd experimental (opoka 3%). The biochemical analysis showed that the addition of opoka helps to increase the content of both essential and replaceable amino acids. The most pronounced effect was observed at a dose of 3%, with the total amino acid content increasing by 5.56% compared to the control. The maximum increases were recorded for valine, threonine, alanine, tyrosine and cystine. A clear dose-dependent dynamics was revealed. The results obtained indicate a positive effect of the supplement on protein metabolism and metabolic activity of the body. The mineral composition of opoka, including calcium, silicon, magnesium and other elements, probably contributes to the activation of enzyme systems and improved absorption of nutrients. Thus, opoka can be recommended as an effective component of the diet in poultry farming.
