The biological characteristics and distribution patterns of micromycetes affecting broad-leaved trees introduced for afforestation have been determined. During the study, samples of damaged plants were collected from various broad-leaved tree speciesand microscopic analyses were carried out under laboratory conditions. The materials collected during the research were used to identify the species composition of micromycetes found on broad-leaved trees in the Botanical Garden of Khoja Akhmet Yassawi University. Based on these data, their species characteristics, taxonomic position, and trophic structure were analyzed. The study of agaricoid micromycetes associated with broad-leaved trees in the botanical garden of Khoja Akhmet Yassawi University made it possible to identify patterns of their distribution. Detecting pathogenic traits in rare species and developing control measures are essential for preserving the genetic resources of plants and serve as a foundation for restoring biodiversity. The examined trees—Quercus roburL., Betula pendulaRoth, Populus diversifoliaSchrenk, and Acer tataricumL.—during their adaptation to a new environment, were subjected to the influence of various phytopathogenic and saprophytic micromycetes, which significantly affectedtheir growth and development, leading to a decline in productivity. Therefore, this study aids in assessing the stability of the introduced trees and their interactions with the environment, and can serve as an important scientific foundation for the development of measures to protect the green foliage. As a result of the research, it was determined how the pathogens Ascochyta borjomiBondartsev, Cercospora kriegerianaBres., Alternaria alternata(Fr.) Keissl., Cladosporium herbarum(Pers.) Link, Septoria padi(Lib.) Thiim., Pseudocercospora gotoana(Togashi) Deighton, Cladosporium variabile(Cooke), Colletotrichum peregrinumPass., Cercospora penicillatavar. opuliFuckel, and Septoria berberidisNiessl. affect plant growth and development, and this information is crucial for the maintenance of the plants in the botanical garden
