Obtaining the quality of the inner surface of hydraulic cylinders and its optimization is an urgent problem at the enterprise. The analysis of modern technologies of final processing of hydraulic cylinder liners is carried out and the advantages and disadvantages of methods of plastic deformation of the working surface surface and methods of broaching processing are considered. The article presents the results of a study of the influence of interference on the change in the size of the part during combined processing of hydraulic cylinder holes. For experimental verification of the results of a theoretical study of the effect of the design parameters of the combined tool on the quality of the machined surface, a split pattern of the part was used. The research results allow us to recommend a combined hole processing, combining cutting and plastic deformation. The results obtained in the work will improve the processing of deep holes of hydraulic cylinders, which has practical and theoretical scientific significance
