Providing central venous access during the development of critical conditions caused by systemic vasoconstriction, as well as access to main vessels in chronic toxic damage to the vascular intima, is a critically important aspect in routine oncological practice. In recent years, approaches to the installation of port-venous systems have been modernized and improved, as have the port models themselves, which differ significantly in external modification but retain a single operating principle and functionality [3,4]. Considering the increasing importance of cytostatic drug therapy in oncology (chemotherapy and immunotargeted therapy) in recent years, the practical importance of minimally invasive, highly effective, clinically and economically justified methods of catheterization implantable port systems is sharply increasing.
