The article draws on empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, and case analyses to demonstrate that the synergy between physical activity and educationaldevelopment creates an optimal environment for fostering self-organizational culture. In particular, it highlights the a role of structured sports programs and pedagogycoaching in educational settings as tools for enhancing students’ self-awareness, autonomy, and resilience.
