Most of the existing systems developed for traffic light control either consider a single goal or use a simple weighted system to combine goals. Several criteria are indicated by an alternative method. The first two criteria relate to the total delay in working with two types of users with conflicting advantages: private transport and public transport. We present a new formula for mixed integer linear programming (SSB). Unlike many proposed SSBs that deal with traffic light management issues, our main variables are the conversion of traffic lights to time frequency. This will significantly reduce the number of variables. To account for traffic, we integrate this model into an interactive circuit, where traffic information is used periodically to adapt the management. One of the main features of our algorithm is the use of a “reference point” aimed at capturing the current traffic situation and possibly global policies to guide the choice of a solution in this set. In traffic control models, individual vehicles are usually modified using macroscopic variables, that is, the vehicles take into account the flow of the vehicles, not the individual ones. Although it seems more accurate, given the position, speed or acceleration (which can be found through microscopic variables), there is no reason to separate the vehicles in the queue. We must know their number in each unit of time.
