Аннотация
Мақала Қазақстанның аграрлық секторының қазіргі жағдайы мен даму болашағын талдауға арналған зерттеу болып табылады. Заманауи нарықтық контекст жағдайында авторлар нарықта тиімді бәсекелестікке кедергі келтіруі мүмкін технологиялық жабдық пен өнім сапасымен байланысты проблемаларға назар аударады. Сондай-ақ мақалада нарықтық сұранысты ескере отырып, менеджмент жүйесін дамытудың және реформалардың ауыл шаруашылығы өндірісінің әлеуметтік-экономикалық тиімділігіне әсерін бағалаудың маңыздылығы атап өтілген. Авторлар еліміздің аграрлық секторын дамыту үшін стратегиялық маңызы бар ауыл шаруашылығы өндірісін басқару тиімділігін арттырудың ұтымды жолдарын ұсынады. Мақалада Қазақстан Республикасындағы ауыл шаруашылығы өндірісінің дамуы талданып, бағаланады. Кіріспеде бүгінгі нарық жағдайындағы аграрлық сектордың маңыздылығы көрсетіліп, тауар өндірушілердің өнімдерінің сапасы мен бәсекеге қабілеттілігі бойынша кездесетін қиындықтары айқындалады. Мақалада аграрлық секторды басқарудың тиімділігін арттыру, оның ішінде нарықты басқару жүйесін дамыту, реформалардың өндірістің әлеуметтік-экономикалық тиімділігіне әсерін талдау, аграрлық сектордағы құрылымдық өзгерістер, сондай-ақ мемлекеттік аграрлық саясаттың рөлі және ауыл шаруашылығы кәсіпорындарында тиімді басқару. Мақаланың мақсаты – Қазақстан Республикасының агроөнеркәсіптік кешенін дамытуды мемлекеттік қолдаудың тиімділігін арттырудағы теңгерімсіздікті анықтау. Зерттеуді жүргізу кезінде статистикалық талдау, салыстырмалы талдау және жалпылау әдістері қолданылды. Нәтижелері – агроөнеркәсіптік кешен дамуының ағымдағы жағдайына талдау және бағалау жүргізілді. The article is an examination of the present condition and future possibilities for the growth of Kazakhstan's agricultural sector. In the context of modern market conditions, the authors draw attention to problems associated with technological equipment and product quality, which may hinder effective competition in the market. The article also emphasizes the importance of developing a management system taking into account market demand and assessing the impact of reforms on the socio-economic efficiency of agricultural production. The authors suggest effective strategies for enhancing the management efficiency of agricultural production, which is crucial for the growth of the country's agricultural sector. The article assesses and examines the progression of agricultural production in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The introduction highlights the importance of the agricultural sector in today's market conditions and identifies the challenges that producers face in terms of the quality and competitiveness of their products. The article discusses issues of increasing the efficiency of management of the agricultural sector, including the development of a market management system, analysis of the impact of reforms on the socio-economic efficiency of production, structural changes in the agricultural sector, as well as the role of state agricultural policy and effective management in agricultural enterprises. The article aims to pinpoint the disparities in enhancing the efficiency of state support for the development of Kazakhstan's agro-industrial complex. The study utilized statistical analysis, comparative analysis, and generalization methods. The results include an analysis and evaluation of the current state of the agro-industrial complex's development. Conclusions: existing forms of government support do not sufficiently eliminate imbalances and economic inequality among industry participants and shape its competitiveness for all participants.
