World experience in the field of evaluating the effectiveness of public administration bodies shows that the key aspect of improving the efficiency of public servants in many countries is the creation of an objective and comprehensive system of indicators. For these purposes, all kinds of performance indicators are widely used. Improving efficiency is one of the important health issues, which is largely shaped by the effective work of government bodies.
