Modern Kazakhstan - a young independent state, one of the first in the CIS began intensive reform of political, socio- economic, ideological systems. These changes took place within the higher education system, which in recent years has introduced the credit technology, which led to qualitative change in all spheres of higher education and professional training of future specialists in particular.
