The article examines the features of applying the STEM approach in training specialists in the field of information technology in healthcare. It substantiates the need to form a new educational paradigm focused on an interdisciplinary approach, the integration of digital technologies, and the development of professional competencies. It has been established that the use of the STEM approach contributes to the formation of interdisciplinary competencies and improves the quality of professional training for specialists in the context of healthcare digitalization.
