The article describes features of the formation of pedagogical skills of primary school teachers. Pedagogical mastery is the perfect skill of pedagogical technologies by primary school teachers, the ability to use them effectively in practice. Pedagogical mastery contributes to success in pedagogical activity, gives new qualitative content, and forms the teacher’s professional position. The article also presents the professional characteristics of a master-teacher.
