The purpose of the research work is to reveal the main problems of Kassym studies and the importance of studying and teaching at the higher school of creativity of the classic of Kazakh literature Kasym Amanzholov. With the independence of Kazakhstan, the formation of new approaches to national values, including literary heritage, its development and teaching is one of the most important problems jointly solved by pedagogy and literary studies. The rapid process of globalization imposes its own requirements. The role of creativity of individuals in the literature on the preservation of national identity is analyzed. The author substantiates the necessity and defines the main objectives of the course of cash studies
