In modern research, the corporate innovation system is one of the most actively studied industries. The purpose of the article is to determine the impact and importance of the corporate innovation system on the economic efficiency of the company, to consider the development of corporate innovation systems in Kazakhstan. In the article, we will study the importance of corporate innovation systems in the modern business landscape. The key aspects highlighting the importance of an innovative culture in the corporate sector, including stimulating competitiveness, attracting and retaining talent, are discussed.
